The newly built wooden house 2022 is located on a quiet side street in Lenggries. The wooden house is next to the beautiful old farmhouse. We have a barn with dairy cattle, where a small stream flows nearby. Parking is available directly in front of the house. We also have a small playground that is welcome to be used. Hiking is also possible from our holiday apartment, as the high path passes by and offers a good view of Brauneck.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the nearest bus stop, the Isar, or the public playground. The village church, restaurants, and the nearest shopping facilities are also easily reachable by bicycle or car, and if desired, on foot.
